New Money Spell bieng Done Tonight. First Full Moon Eclipse Coming Soon!

Hello everyone and Bright Blessings! I hope everyone is doing well. Tonight I am going to be doing a new money spell from a spell kit I purchased in the mail. Normally I would never spend that much money on a spell kit of any kind, but every time I looked through this one site I found that this one spell kit drew my eyes and attention so I finally gave in and ordered it. Due to the fact that the spell itself belongs to someone else I cannot share the exact details without first asking their permission, but I will tell you all if it works or not later and direct you all to where it can be found so you can buy your own kit for yourselves! It comes with its own personal oils and resins and instructions, of which I am not exactly allowed to copy else I may be in trouble for copyright infringement and I do not need that!

Interestingly enough, I have not actually done the spell yet, but ever since I got the kit I have seen financial issues do very well, little things such as I got assistance to pay a bill, I got approved again for some personal assistance from a agency, I made a new customer on my kitsylane store just today, and tomorrow I am making some money from doing a family favor. So let us see what happens after tonight when I actually perform the spell and do as directions imply!


A astronomical event I want to alert everyone to, the first Full Moon Eclipse is coming on April 14-15,2014. This is going to be a special one as the color of the moon will become a orange-red shade and this is known as a "Blood Moon" The USA will see the partial phase about 1:58am and total eclipse will happen around 3am or later depending on your time zone , this one will be seen across the entire USA and Canada, we just might finally get to see one here, as where I live I have not gotten to see one in a long time. So between midnight and 6 am, on the night of the 14th-15th, be watching the skies for a beautiful, if ominous looking, sign of the times to change!  This is going to be a harsh event astronomically speaking, The four Cardinal Planets are going to be facing off in a Cardinal Grand Cross in the week coming after this eclipse and all of us within the Four Cardinal Signs of the zodiac will be affected by massive career and relationship upheaval and changes. The eclipse in itself will be the tip off to all this change so be prepared for anything from massive blowouts between loved ones, relationship failures,losing your jobs, problems within the home and property, and any other type of sudden and catastrophic changes that will alter your life in a radical way. But remember..change is a good thing down the road and even if at the time it may be harsh and disturbing, you will benefit somehow in time! Me being a Capricorn, I expect to see something shift in a way I do not want to see but I have to embrace and roll with the tides and remind myself that whatever comes is what was meant to happen to begin with.


  At the end of this month, on April 28-29th, we will see a New Moon Solar Eclipse, which will be much gentler on the raw and turbulent changes we just went through during the full Moon. This eclipse will bring a much needed balm to our wounds and smooth out the path for new changes to come that will be of good for all of us. I personally have to go and renew the lease to my apartment on the 28th so I am hoping that my housing manager is in a good mood! We may see another love interest pop up out of nowhere, get hired for another job, patch up problems with loved ones and see other issues resolve themselves in a way that made the sudden changes from the Full Moon Eclipse seem like a divine comedy taking place. We may find ourselves laughing at the absurdity of everything and thinking to ourselves what was I so distressed about when look at the great thing that just came of it all??!!

I am very guilty of not writing in awhile, I have had some personal issues going on and I am having a hard time dealing with it, however things seem to be looking a bit better for the moment. To fill you all in, I recently received my taxes back and it was a much needed financial boost. I have not done any spellwork or magical anything for at least two months because I simply have not had the ambition or drive to even touch it. You can't work any magical anything properly if your mindset and emotional state is not in focus and you have 50 things going on that may negatively influence it in a way that will affect the outcome and results. If you are angry, depressed, not sleeping, etc..its best to wait until you feel better to do anything.


It seems I am going to have to redo the Seal Up Your Problems Jar Spell yet again. A particular issue keeps popping back into my life and this time it has to go and stay gone! When a situation or someone just keeps causing you and others issues and problems endlessly no matter how hard you try to get it/them to leave then its time to pull out the bag of tricks and pick a big one.


Today I went on a limb and ordered a handmade Prosperity and Abundance spell kit from a online alchemist's shop I have browsed through several times. That one spell kit keeps catching my attention and I felt compelled to finally purchase it. All materials that come in it are handmade the day it is ordered and etc..so let us see what happens after I receive it and follow the instructions. The spell scroll included in it is reportedly from a Native American Shaman, and I am intensely curious as to what it's about and what happens when you use the incantation written on the scroll. I have Native roots, from my mother's side, 5 generations back so their path of magical and spiritual practices appeals to me in certain ways. Normally I make and create my own spells and supplies but I am very curious as to why I kept being drawn to the shop page and that one particular kit. It may very well be that it will become money well spent. I wont get it for at least a couple weeks, maybe in time for the New Moon which is idealistically the right time to begin new spells.
   
I have not decided whether or not I want to do anything witchy for this Full Moon on Sunday the 16th, I have not felt well or in the groove of things for awhile so thus my energy and drive is not up to snuff to be working on anything huge or important. I may just set out all my crystal tools and divination supplies, my stationary spells, and powder and anoint my baggies and let them all get a charge. Astral Travel and Divination Enhancement

Today's post will center on helping oneself achieve better Astral Travel and Divinatory experiences. Some of us are born naturally inclined and gifted with a high degree of clairvoyant and medium receptiveness, while some of us need a bit of fine tuning and training. It is believed by many that every human on this planet has untapped potential to harness and use the power to divine the secrets of the unknown in both past and future tense, as well as present moments in time, and to travel beyond one's physical body into realms that only Spirit can go. Astral travel is the ability to leave one's physical body via soul separation and go to places, people, and other spiritual realms that our physical body cannot achieve, to learn about our past, present and future selves and the scenarios which will or have already played out in our physical world. This is often accomplished while asleep, or during deep meditation, it is often called a OBE , or a out of body experience. We have all had the "falling" sensation upon waking up from a heavy sleep and finding we feel like we have ran a marathon or been dropped from a great height, this is your soul bouncing back into your body after it has been out wandering. Some of us have had very vivid dreams where we were somewhere with someone or there was vivid scenery that looks and feel as if you are wide awake and actually experiencing it as like you are in a movie, or watching it from the sidelines, or you are taking part in the actions and watching yourself perform actions and going through events..in a way you are, or you might possibly be finding yourself in the situation at a later time and date in the "real" world that you already live in.  Most of us will not remember very well what we were doing or where we were before we wake up, this is the hard part of Astral Projecting and Dream work. Teaching oneself to have clairvoyant visions and experiences can be done while either awake or asleep, and is a different process. Empaths have the ability to see and feel and experience others emotions and personal vibes, and also energy and vibrations in the atmosphere and in the people and places around them, spiritual mediums have the gift to see, feel, or experience some type of contact with spirits of the deceased and spiritual energies meant to guide them towards a conclusion to a question or situation that needs clearer answers, either about themselves or a person or situation for whom they are asking to be guided towards revealing answers. I created a special oil, made from a partial 300 year old Gypsy recipe, and tweaked it a bit to add in my own ingredients, to aide myself in my own ventures, and I want to share it with you all, This oil is to be kept in a dark bottle, placed into  dark cupboard or drawer or something where it is sealed away from sunlight, sunlight reputedly ruins the oil and its properties, so best to keep it in a dark space. It's purpose is for delving into the dark mysteries of the Veil, and most divination practices are best done at the new Moon and the few days before and after the New Moon. This is a potent oil, I have personally had physical sensations while making the oil itself, and after the oil was steeped properly. It causes the eyes to dilate if applied to the Third Eye area, you may feel light headed or drowsy, and while you are sleeping it creates very strong and vivid dreams, it literally physically and spiritually opens you up to receive clairvoyant and psychic reception.  I strongly advise to not drive or operate heavy machinery or do anything else that requires a focused conscious while working with this oil. If adverse effects such as a rash or swelling or anything remotely allergic occurs while using it on your skin, stick with using it in other external ways. I understand everyone is different and some may or may not have a unwanted reaction to some of the strong herbs used in this recipe.




Solitary Shadow's Divination / Astral Travel Oil.
1 Tps of Dittanny of Crete
1 Tps of Mugwort
1 Tps White Sage
1 Tps of Damaina
1 Tps Wild Lettuce Leaf
1 Tps  each of Lavender, and Jasmine Flower
1 very small High John Root, crushed
1/4 tps each of  White Copal, Dragon's Blood, Frankincense and Myrrh Resins ground fine.


This herbal mixture is to be placed inside a cup and to it will be added 4 oz each of 100% pure olive or almond oils, and this will be gently heated in a  pot of gently boiling water, or in a double boiler for exactly 9 minutes, it must be gently steaming , and all herbs, roots, and resins stirred briskly to ensure it all mixes properly, but do not allow the oil to boil. Set it aside to cool and bottle everything roots, herbs, and all, and allow it to sit for at least 30 days. This is to be made on a New Moon and usage can begin on the next New Moon. If you want to use just the powdered herbs as a incense or addition to charm bags, sleep aide satchets, and spells, it can be used immediately. Makes about 4 tablespoons of powder.   


It will have a strong floral and greenery type scent that lingers for a good while. I left my herbs and resins inside my oil bottle and it will turn a dark brow/green shade over time, this does not affect the use of the oil, however if you want to strain yours that is fine. The oil can be used on your body, on spell papers and candles, inside prepared charm bags, and a drop or two used onto your divination tools. In my experiences, the scent and properties of the oil both opens me up to receive clairvoyant and empathetic messages, whether asleep or awake, as well as attracting spiritual contacts as spiritual entities seem to like both the scent of the oil and herbal preparation. Great Developments Are Taking Place!

I am excited and have been in a great mood all week! The Gods and Goddesses and all Higher Powers are surely smiling down on me lately!  I have been busy social media hopping to publishers and advertisers to add my book "The Darkened Path Book 1: The Burden" to their lists,  I have seen wonderfully positive developments for my friend and I am so relieved and happy for him, that is a huge weight off my mind and for his too! Things in my life lately seem to be falling slowly into place on a lot of levels and I am very happy with that. I have made new friends across the world and suddenly have a lot of social support and that makes me feel great inside! So busy I have been , that I have not managed to complete the Better Business spell I posted about over New Years holiday. With all this excitement and buzz floating around me I may not actually need it but I am going to finish it this weekend. Why not add extra rocket fuel? It just might get me boosted to the stratosphere! I am about to publish a new website from webs.com and I will have that done by the weekend and when I get it finished I will post the link for that too!  Inside it will be a showcase of my book, a  small web store for some of my Pagan products I make here in my home, links to my blogs I have here on Google, and snippets of other things. This is going to be a short post, I have tons of other things to do this weekend, so to all my readers, Bright Blessings!

First Spell of The NewYear.

Hello Everyone and Blessed Be! I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year Holiday? Mine was very exciting and eventful.  I won $20.00 on  a one dollar scratch ticket. Things have moved forward by a giant leap in my personal life as well. I fervently hope things continue to progress in that positive direction on both accounts. I did not get to perform or practice any magical anything on the actual New Moon as I was not at home. So now the New Moon is steadily progressing into the first quarter, and my intention is to do some financial assistance work, I need another full time job really soon, and I am going to file taxes the minute my W-2 arrives. I also need some of these little side jobs of mine to pick up some business and customers. there is another New Moon on January 30th, so we are all going to be blessed with a double time to begin new ventures for this year and make it count! my first spell for this year will be a Better Business Spell. This will be a spell you can place in a red or green charm bag and carry with you, or place it inside a jar and keep it in a stationary position.

Stones you will need:1 each of Citrine, Red Carnelian, Gold Tiger Eye, Malachite, 2 green or gold Lodestones. You may also use many other, green, yellow, brown or red stones that symbolize money growth and prosperity. Clear or yellow Quartz may be substituted as can Jade, green or red  Adventurine, Fools Gold, Cryophase Agate, Red Tiger Eye, Copper pieces, flecks or real gold or silver, or nuggets, Ruby, is a very prized wealth and success drawing stone. Yellow Diamonds can also be used if one can find or has them. Be sure to study the properties of your chosen stones first to ensure they are the right fit for your spell.   

Miscellaneous Items : 1 written spell paper with your name, birthday address and other identifying  information and the name and address of your business. If there are more than one business or work that you do, add every name and address even if you are self employed. This works for emails of business, links and online forms of your business , anything that constitutes a place of business.  1 medium to large red or green drawstring bag, you can sew your own or buy one.  For the stationary spell you can use 1 mason jelly jar or larger pint size. 1 small key charm or a skeleton key. 5-7 Cowrie Shells, $5-7 Dollar Bills, or same amount of other currency, 5-7 real silver or copper coins pennies made before 1983 are pure copper, 2 green 6" candles, or one 7 day green jar candle, sometimes you can find "Better Business" fixed specialty candles those are great too.

Herbal and Root ingredients: 1 tps allspice powder or 5-7 whole berries, 5 bay leaves, 1 tps basil, 1 tps bergamot, 1 tps calendula petals, 1 tps calamus root, 1 string of devil's shoestring, 1tps of five finger grass, 1 tps queen of the meadow root, 1 small high john root,1 whole Lucky Hand Root,  1 small piece of jezebel root, 1 tps of powdered sugar, 1 whole nutmeg or 1 tps powder, 1 tps pure vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean pod, 1 tps rosemary, a twig sized piece of rose of Jericho flower, 1 tps vertiver root and 1 tps of wintergreen. 1 small clump of Spanish moss.

We will start this spell by placing our two candles side by side of a small dish, or place the 7 day candle behind the dish , onto the dish will go your charm bag or jar.  Inside the bag or jar we will wrap the spell paper with the Spanish Moss and place the clump of Spanish Moss inside the bag, followed in layers by the Stones and Miscellaneous Items, and then covering those items with the Herbal and Root ingredients. For the bag you may place the loose herbs and powders and roots in a organza pouch so they do not spill and leave the Miscellaneous items in the bottom of the bag. For the jar we will layer the items one by one together starting with the spell paper that has been wrapped in the Spanish moss and adding in the Stones and Miscellaneous items and layer the Herbal and Root ingredients on top. Both the jar and bag may now be sprinkled sparingly with your choice of 7 drops of money drawing oils and a fine dusting of powders and magnetic sand for the lodestones and 7 drops of 100 proof grain alcohol.  The magnetic sand feeds the lodestones an the alcohol is meant for spirit libation. Your jar or bag is now ready to be charged and you will anoint your candles with oils and dust them with money drawing powders and then light your candles on either side of your jar and invoke your chosen God, Goddess, or Spirit to bless and favor your endeavor. While your candles are burning they are charging up the bag or jar and the charge is complete when the candles go out. The 6" candles are made for a quick charge and this works fine if you need it in a hurry. If you are using the 7 day candle this will be when the 7th day is done and the candle is burned completely down. 

Place your jar in a safe place in your business where its power and influence can be seen and noticed by you, and your potential customers such as on your desk or near your work stations. Your bag can be tucked in your pockets or carried in your purse or bag while you are out  doing business with clients. Alternately you can set up your jar as a focal point in a altar setting and burn one small candle once a week or keep a 7 day candle burning near it while you are working. The jar and bag are to be opened up  once a week and sprinkled sparingly with more powders, magnetic sand, and the 7 drops of alcohol to feed and give it offerings so that it will continue to work like you need it too. The alcohol also prevents spoilage or molding of the herbal and root ingredients and acts as a preservative.  If by some chance the herbal and root ingredients are found to be growing mold, rot, or spoiling, you have to toss out everything, take your Stones and Miscellaneous items and cleanse them appropriately,  and wait until the next New Moon and start the process again. This is a sign that something is working against your business success and you need to find out what the problem may be. Before attempting to recreate the jar and spell bag again, a cleansing of the business space and yourself to remove negative intentions and vibrations brought on by others and by potential spiritual attacks against you and your success is recommended. If the jar breaks, cracks, shatters or is damaged in some way that no one physically caused this is also a bad sign and needs to be remedied ASAP.  Happy Lucky Business and Blessed Be!!

My New Year's Resolution Goal.

 This post is going to be a bit depressing and maybe a bit too black and white, but right now that is how things are for me at the current moment and I am not in a position to be too dreamy or unrealistic and look at things with a rose tinted viewpoint. My New Year's resolutions are to finally have a true life partner, and to finally be financially secure and debt free by end of 2014. What do I want and need from this life partner? Someone who can be beside me through everything and help me lead a mature, responsible, stable home and family life and have real love in his heart and soul for us, and whatever else we might share, and not back out or turn away. Someone who can stand behind me and support me emotionally and psychologically in my goals and decisions no matter if he disagrees or agrees. Someone who can stand and fight for and defend what we have and share, and be strong and resilient when the days come that I have taken on more than I should and I just cant do things on my own. Someone I can really truly bond with on all those important levels that can really understand and knows the real me inside and out, that can feel what I feel and see what I see and know who I am and who I am not, and not try to make me into something or someone I am not because that is what he wants of me. I have never truly had this one thing happen for me and All Higher Powers know that this is what I wish for most. I think I may already have this type of person in my life but I have not exactly been told or shown a rock solid clarified "yes" or "no" yet so I am waiting to see how that might or might not end up. The status of that situation is somewhat complicated and there are some issues to work out on both of our ends before anything can move forward or become anything more than what it currently is at the moment. 

For every great positive wonderful thing happening in that situation there are just as many if not more, unresolved and unstable issues that need to be fixed and worked around before anything can truly blossom into something even remotely permanent or semi permanent. I have to be content with what is there or have nothing. One major slip up or damaging problem could send it all down the drain whether or not that might be what we would want and I fear that possibility with a passion because that is not what I want to see happen. I have to leave this one with the God and Goddess and allow it to be what it will or will not be. No matter what my heart wants, needs, or desires or no matter what he may or may not think or feel, or what he may or may not want to see for us, that does not mean either of us will actually have or obtain it exactly as we might wish for.     

 

The other resolution? I just want this weight of constant financial strife and burden to lighten up, I'm sick and tired of struggling dollar to dime just to get by and having to always rely on others in some way to keep helping me pay bills and keep me and my little family afloat because that is not who I am inside. I was not raised to be dependent and overly reliant on anyone unless I couldn't avoid it!  I'm tired of getting a job and then having to give it up for what reason or another and it be weeks and months before something else comes along. I have not had a 40 hour a week steady job for 4 months now and that is starting to grind hard on me. I am currently a single parent and head of house and sole provider to everything that comes and goes here. As of this writing I am literally down to the change in my wallet broke. I'm in a moderate amount of debt, a lot more than I ever should have been to start with, most of that debt has been incurred for the fact I was trying to get myself ahead and do the right things for my life and I fell behind because I couldn't keep it up myself anymore. Most of the debt is overdue bills, credit payments, and a small schooling tuition, that I have to have  that tuition paid and my exams done before March 2014 or they will cancel my enrollment and I will not get my certificate and the stressful part of that is I have a 94%  average in my field of study and I am set to have a Honors Certificate. The total of my debts adds up to over $1000.00 and that is a huge weight on my mind. If I can swing everything until late January and my taxes come in time in February I just might be able to save myself a little bit. Sometime this year I want to move into a nicer place and a better neighborhood, the place I live now is slowly going to the dumps and honestly I hate living by the governments rules in a place that is not mine yet I am still responsible for it and they can tell me how to live and what I can and cannot do or have in my life, while I live in their apartments. I want this new home of mine that I want so badly, to have my name on it either as mine or a co signed deal and I have some rights and say over it and I can be free to do and be as I will and as I please in my own home. This is what I want to see happen this year for me. I will find a way and I have plenty of will, I just need to find a more concrete  and reliable way to help make it happen. I have a few side jobs floating me along and I am "Self Employed" but its only making me a dollar or two enough to get me by. Jobs in my county are very scarce. There is also the set back that I am visually impaired to where I cannot obtain a driver's license and that is sometimes a challenge. Public transport is sometimes not very accommodating and they charge ridiculous fees to get you point A to point B. Even magical practice, working a spell and fixing a charm, asking for divine assistance will not always fix everything and will only get you so far. Even I am not fool enough to believe that The God and Goddess will always favor me on just anything and will only assist me if they believe it will be best for me as a whole. Cash cannot be conjured from thin air on a whim and Goddess knows if that were possible we would have no worries! One thing I can do for myself right now is set up a massive Unblocking Spell and maybe add some Reversal and Banishment elements to it, to try and ease some of my worries and issues on every aspect of my current situations and ask and petition that some of them be removed and dynamited out of my way so I can move forward and achieve better things.    I hope everyone has a great New Year holiday and Blessed Be to all! 

A New Moon on New Year's Night!

Upon checking my calendar, I saw there is in fact going to be a New Moon on New Year's night, in the astrological sign of Capricorn. The year starts with a whopping 5 planets in Capricorn, so yes we steadfast achievers and workaholics will have a lot of chutzpah to start the year with. Hopefully yours truly here ,born Jan 18th, will have a great start to the New Year and something worth celebrating in someway or another. What I see as most important right now is that Venus the Love planet will be in retrograde until January 31st. Matters of love may not be so wonderful and this will be a time to scrutinize current relationships, and hash over relationship issues from the past and take a strong look at the relationships that we are currently in, to see whether or not things will make the cut. Some of us might even decide to back off a current relationship or go back to a previous one to see if there's still a reason or two to keep it alive or just throw dirt on it and walk away from it. I say don't go looking at the past, there is a reason that a past love is no longer with you and there is no reason to go back and reconsider or sit there and wonder what if. The past does not belong in the present or the future unless there is something to learn from it, otherwise, let it go and move forward. Also, don't take things from a past relationship and try to apply it to a current one, as in making comparisons, however if you see a pattern forming in this relationship that is similar from the last relationship, it might be time to make some serious changes. Love is on the back burner this month, or at the very least, given a careful and cautious eye, this is not a time to be a fool and rush into a new love interest, it might backfire in our faces. For those of us that are in a relationship now is a good time to work out some knots and go over things with a fine tooth comb, weeding out undesirable behaviors and patterns in order to make room for better and more fulfilling habits and create stronger bonds that are built to last.  It's a wonderful time to start the new year by getting rid of baggage and problems of all kinds that are possibly still plaguing us as this year comes to  a end. It is a time to begin something special on those New Year's resolutions lists we all have. Mine is to end these problematic financial issues of mine and begin a new job, and to find a way to increase my financial status. I guess the other issues concerning my lack of a long term commitment are just going to have to take a back seat and I have to be uncharacteristically patient and wait it out some more, isn't like I haven't done more than enough of that so a little while longer surely won't hurt anything?  Sometimes you have to put aside something you really truly want, in order to have other things you also need just as much. Tomorrow I have to babysit, it's a few dollars I earn during the week. so I am going to cut this page a bit short so I can finish the rest of my work around the house before the baby comes in the morning. Full Moon December 17, 2013

Tonight is the Full Moon and I am done with my work, I charged up all of my charm bags and my scrying mirror, crystal ball, pendulum, and wand were set out in the moonlight to get a power boost. This action was rewarded by the warm, tingly, acutely aware sensation indicating to me that this was a approved upon gesture by whomever Spirit(s) was my audience. Signs of spiritual manifestation sometimes include physical sensations such as tingling, hot/cool flashes, a heightened spike of sensory awareness and you feel like you are jolted wide awake. It starts at the top of my head and shoots down my back and through my arms and slips down towards my feet.  I got to see the moon rise smack center in line with my altar table and everything was bathed in strong light this time. Usually the moon rises farther off in the sky and the light slants off to the right side of my table and I have to take items outside to get a good beam of light to shine on anything. I also laid out my Avon sales brochures that are current on my altar and asked for those to be blessed, in the hopes that I have some sales pretty soon. I am self employed, I have my hands and brain in a lot of little side jobs , along with being a aspiring independent author, and working on some online ideas, going back into Avon sales again is actually a old standby for me as I have sold their products on and off for three years now. I am hoping tomorrow their customer service sector will finally allow me to open up my online store site and I can get some orders in place, due to the holidays coming and some changes in their systems they now make us wait 5 business days before opening a new online account and this is very annoying! We cannot place orders for 5 whole days and this sets us seriously behind on our selling schedules! What if we had a pile of orders to get placed and couldn't register online? That is 5 days of waiting to get our work done unless you want to place orders over the phone and I assure you that is the most tedious and time consuming process ever and it is easy to get orders messed up that way. If the weather permits, tomorrow I am going out to distribute my few catalogs door to door in town and around the neighborhood.

   Now onto other witchy subjects. I have discovered my kitten can see things in my house, that to we humans are usually invisible, as his attention has been noticed to focus on a spot in a room and he will watch intently for a little while and act as if whatever or whomever is there is acutely interesting, I cannot see or feel it or them but he does. His pupils dilate and his ears perk straight out and he gets really still, and I have watched him chase his invisible "prey" through the house and go insane trying to catch it, his tail fluffed out and back arched like he is trying to attack it. He meows constantly trying to get someone to notice. Smokey is a vocal type and he makes his voice heard very loudly and insistently until you pay him attention.  I will get him a pentacle charm and a collar when he is big enough to actually wear it without it falling off or becoming tangled in something, he is only 10 weeks old and is still gangly and slender. Tonight I am going to make a bracelet designed to draw money and business to me, it will have Malachite and Tiger Eye gemstone chips and various little charms representing wealth and prosperity. I might make it a mini charm bag on a bracelet. I will post a picture on here when  finish it.  for now , I'm having to go because i need to get to bed, here it is 11:45pm. Friday 13th 2013

Today is Friday December 13, 2013. So for you all that are superstitious I say take your cautionary anti bad luck measures. However, for many of us that see the number 13 as a auspicious and perhaps magickal number, Friday the 13th and Friday in general is a good time for love spells. you can also do money spells, and protection spells and it is also 4 days until the Full Moon so many of us Pagans will be focusing on whatever working or spell we will be working on this weekend. The winter solstice is also coming and we will be doing something to prepare for that event too. I will be stringing up my Yule decorations, putting up the tree, and wrapping gifts and setting up a small table for candles and décor. As for me, I might be working on a small healing and blessing spell this weekend, for my horrendous cold I have right now. It's on the verge of becoming the flu and the only reason I am sitting here typing is mostly because I cannot sleep due to the persistent clogging of my swollen sinuses. I woke up this morning and my cheekbones, under my eyes, and nose were noticeably puffy and my face was itchy and dry. The worst part for me is how it makes me worn out tired and I can't really concentrate on anything and I don't want to eat. Most of what I have done for the last few days is sleep and stay hydrated and make myself eat food I cannot taste or smell right. Even us magically inclined folk become ill and are not immune to physical ailments from time to time, although I have to say it is a rare occasion for me to come down with anything. (Knock on wood three times!) I will be lighting light blue and white candles for healing and cleansing, and doing a Ritual Cleansing of my house today as soon as I get the cold/ flu medicine flowing in my system, and brewing up some more Echinacea tea spiked with strong liquor, honey and lemon. The herb in the tea and the combination of all the ingredients steeped together, is just a simple recipe I have used for years and it works wonderful on colds, flu symptoms and similar illness. I will not argue with the Grandmother women about their folk medicine, they probably know more about healing than your college educated modern doctors any day of the week! Goddess knows a nice shot of good alcohol will open you up, by dilating the circulatory systems and flush out the germs and lower a fever. Echinacea works awesome when steeped in alcohol based fluid, it extracts the medicinal properties a lot faster than just boiling it in hot water. Honey and lemon is soothing for the throat and coughing, lemon and citrus juice contains needed vitamin C, and honey has microbial properties if it is pure unprocessed honey taken straight from a hive. Store bought honey is fine, but "raw" honey that is not strained much and has bits of honeycomb is the best stuff , it even tastes better, and you are supporting your local bee keeper that has his or her own hives by paying a bit more for a jar of the honey they took the time to harvest.   I'm sorry this is going to be a short post, but I will be back as soon as I feel a lot better. *Blessed Be*

December 1,2013 New Moon work.

On the New Moon that just passed us,  I repeated the Seal Up Your Problems Jar Spell, that I posted about before, as that spell was a success, it achieved the particular goal I had in mind, taking about two weeks to bring a result. So I figured let's try it again with a different scenario and see what happens.  I repeated the entire process and used a list of different scenarios and circumstances that I want to see removed and gotten rid of.  One part of it has already seen a manifestation just as I asked, at a record time of 4 days later, so let us see what else comes along! Seriously, if the rest of the inscriptions on the paper falls into place I shall be one happy witch!

Onto other matters, I am now the proud mother figure to a new black, male kitten named"Smokey" who was a stray and was about to go to the shelter. We all know what happens to black cats in the shelter and I couldn't have that. He is a hyper, rambunctious, loudly meowing ball of fluff. starting this week I will be working  on the usual  Financial Aide, and Love Enhancing work , I anoint and charge up my bags and set up candles. I got lucky yesterday and found a $20.00 bill laying in the street, it was just laying there right in middle of the sidewalk and if I had not left the store to go home right then I would not have found it at all.  Sometime today I will be seeing a Avon Recruiter, to start up my Avon cosmetics business again, I used to sell Avon back in 2012 and in 2010. I have been in a good mood since yesterday, plenty of good things have happened and I have seen the partial removal of some barriers and problems that have taken forever to budge. they are not entirely over yet, that wont happen for at least another month but moving in the right direction now  and things are changing as they should be.   This is going to be a short post, I have 20 things to work on at once and it seems I start something and get distracted and forget what I am doing and abandon it! The Solitary Shadow's work is never done!
